The Parenting Clubhouse Podcast Episode 114: How to Potty Train A Toddler Who Is In Full-Time Care

Okay, okay… potty training is hard enough, but how the heck do you go about potty training a kiddo who is in full-time daycare or preschool (or even part-time daycare or preschool)?

I know lots and lots of parents are faced with this challenge and you absolutely dread the thought of potty training because you have no idea how the heck it’s gonna go when your kiddo doesn’t get home until 5:00 or 6:00 PM or later each night, Monday through Friday.

You’re thinking, when am I gonna do potty training? How are we going to get through this?

It’s a lot to think about especially when you have a very busy schedule and limited time. So I’m here today to guide you through the potty training process especially if you’ve got a toddler who is out of the house and away from you full-time.

Now let me bring some potty training ease to your mind so you can stop fretting about when the heck you’re gonna potty train your kiddo with such limited time. Let’s go to the show.

  • Laura Lynn explains how to start potty training if you have a child who is in full-time (or part-time) care;
  • She shares when you can transition and begin sending your child to daycare in underwear instead of diapers; and
  • She discusses how you can manage the back-and-forth between diapers and underwear when your child is not fully potty trained.
